Jonathan is an experienced litigator that incorporates the skills and expertise acquired in the courtroom to his transactional practice.
Jonathan worked as a commercial litigator for an AM Top 100 law firm handling complex legal matters for Fortune 500 companies around the country. His practice areas included real estate, construction litigation, employment, business disputes, and general liability matters. From there, he transitioned to becoming corporate counsel for a real estate investment company responsible for preparation and negotiation of documents associated with the acquisition and disposition of real property, construction contracts, and financing agreements. Thereafter, Jonathan formed his own firm serving Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
Jonathan is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association and is active in his community.
