Because of our extensive construction law experience we have the ability to understand varied approaches to collections, including sometimes seeking to preserve the debtor’s assets. We handle a wide variety of issues involving creditor’s rights including, but not limited to: Filing proof of claims, preference litigation, discharge objections, reaffirmation of debts, and removal of automatic stays. We also handle claims based on promissory notes, leases, guarantees, and unpaid accounts.
